Synthetic Organic Chemist x2
Location: North West
Salary: 26-35K
Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated synthetic organic chemist to join their medical chemistry department. The applicant will be involved in design and synthesises of novel, small, drug – like molecules targeted towards the oncology disorder.
The Successful candidate will be educated to BSc, MSc, or PhD in organic synthesis with 1-3 years’ experience in an academia or pharmaceutical environment.
The candidates must demonstrate a strong working knowledge and practical skills in synthetic organic chemistry and analytical techniques such as LC-MS and MS.
Experience in Parallel synthesis techniques would be highly desirable.
Strong problem solving, communication and team working skills are essential.
